When the old playbook stops working

You may have handled a lot without asking for much help.

A career stops fitting. A marriage ends. A relationship keeps circling the same conflict. The version of success you worked toward no longer feels like yours.

I provide online life coaching for men who need an honest place to think through what is happening and decide what comes next.

The crossroads we can work through

The old way may simply no longer be working.

1

Career and direction

A career change, layoff, business transition, midlife question, or loss of direction.

2

Divorce and rebuilding

Separation, disrupted routines, identity changes, parenting time, and the practical work of rebuilding.

3

Relationship decisions

Recurring conflict, boundaries, a difficult conversation, or a decision one person needs to face honestly.

4

Confidence and momentum

A major setback, too many options, or the gap between understanding a problem and doing something about it.

How the work feels

A conversation with a purpose.

We slow the situation down, separate what you know from what you assume, and notice the fears, patterns, pressures, and unfinished conversations influencing your choices.

See clearly

Name what is happening without pretending every option is cost-free.

Decide honestly

Choose what matters now—even when the whole five-year plan is not available.

Move practically

Leave knowing what you see differently and what you will do next.

A useful place to begin

You don't need to have it all figured out.

Slow it down. Tell the truth about what is changing. Then decide what comes next.

Divorce, identity, and rebuilding

Work with the decisions inside your control.

Divorce can disrupt your home, routines, friendships, parenting time, finances, and the way you understand yourself.

  • Create routines that make daily life steadier.
  • Communicate without turning every exchange into a new fight.
  • Prepare for difficult conversations.
  • Rebuild a social life and identity not organized around the marriage.
  • Turn reflection into specific action.

Coaching does not replace an attorney, financial professional, or licensed therapist. Those roles matter.

Relationship decisions one person brings

You do not always need your partner in the room.

Individual relationship coaching can help you understand why the same conflict keeps repeating, prepare for a conversation you have been avoiding, decide what a healthy boundary looks like, or get honest about whether you want repair, distance, or change.

The work is not about blaming you for the whole relationship. It is about giving you a place to examine the part you can influence.

Clear boundaries

Coaching is not therapy.

Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, crisis care, legal advice, financial planning, or medical treatment.

Coaching focuses on reflection, decisions, communication, accountability, and practical action. It can complement licensed care, but it should not be presented as a replacement for it.

If you need clinical treatment, legal guidance, financial analysis, or emergency support, the next honest step is to connect with an appropriately qualified professional. I will not pretend coaching is the answer to every problem.

If you are in crisis or feel you may harm yourself or someone else, call or text 988 in the United States. In immediate danger, call 911.

Why work with me

Direct without being performative.

I listen. I ask the questions that make the situation harder to avoid. I help you name the trade-offs, choose a next step, and follow through.

1,154
2014 Inc. 5000 rank

I built and led a company through real growth.

Before coaching, I founded and led Tempo Creative, which ranked No. 1,154 on the 2014 Inc. 5000. I know what it is like to build a professional identity around responsibility, momentum, and being the person who figures things out.

You do not need someone who claims to have every answer. You need enough room to hear yourself clearly.

Prices and fit are public

You should not need a sales call to learn what coaching costs.

Current session prices, packages, subscriptions, and policies are published on the Sessions & Pricing page. The free 15-minute consultation is a fit conversation—not a pressure call.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work only with men?

No. I work with adults of different genders. This page exists because some men specifically look for a coach who understands career pressure, divorce and rebuilding, identity, direction, and relationship decisions through that lens.

Are sessions online?

Yes. Sessions are online, so I work with clients in Phoenix, across Arizona, and in other locations where coaching services are appropriate.

What happens in the free consultation?

You tell me what is happening and what you want help thinking through. You can ask about my style, scope, session options, and prices. Then we decide whether a paid session makes sense.

Do I need a long-term package?

No. We can choose what fits the work instead of assuming a long commitment.

Can you work with my partner too?

I offer both individual relationship coaching and couples coaching. This page focuses on decisions and relationship patterns one person brings.

A useful place to begin

You do not need to perform certainty.

It is okay not to have it all figured out. You do not need the whole answer today. Let’s figure this out together.
